Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched by emailing info@pharmatechme.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +971 54 344 7612 with your order number. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled; our Returns & Refund Policy then applies.

If a product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full, free of charge.
