Returns & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on www.pharmatechme.com, operated by Pharma Tech Food Supplements Trading L.L.C (“Pharma Tech”, “we”).

Return window
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Condition of returned products
Because our products are food supplements and a topical treatment, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, with the tamper seal intact and in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons. We do not offer a satisfaction or money‑back guarantee on opened products.

How to request a return
Email info@pharmatechme.com or message us on WhatsApp at +971 54 344 7612 with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return. We will confirm eligibility and send you the return address within 2 business days.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect (see below). We recommend using a tracked service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of that confirmation. Original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take additional days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no cost to you.

Order cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the return policy above applies.

Payment methods and currency
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. Orders are charged in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless another currency is displayed at checkout.

Restricted countries
Pharma Tech does not sell or ship to countries or persons subject to OFAC sanctions, in accordance with UAE law.
