Terms & Conditions
www.pharmatechme.com (the “Website”) is operated by Pharma Tech Food Supplements Trading L.L.C, trading as Pharma Tech ME (“Pharma Tech”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at Plot 306-0119, Dubai Investments Park 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Pharma Tech is the seller of all products offered on the Website. By accessing and using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website.
1. Product availability & acceptance
All purchases made through the Website are subject to product availability and order acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion; if payment has already been taken, it will be refunded in full.
2. Customer information
You must provide accurate, complete and up‑to‑date information when placing an order. Pharma Tech is not responsible for delays, delivery failures or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
3. Pricing, payments & currency
We accept secure online payments through Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. Prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and exclude VAT; any applicable VAT and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.
4. Customs duties & taxes
For deliveries outside the UAE, prices exclude import duties, VAT and other government charges of the destination country. Pharma Tech cannot determine these charges in advance. Where they cannot be shown at checkout they may be collected on delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Shipping & delivery
We currently deliver to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Jordan. Estimated delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or factors beyond our control.
6. Returns, refunds & cancellations
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our confirmation. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced or refunded free of charge. Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Data protection & payment security
Payment transactions are processed by authorised payment service providers; Pharma Tech does not have access to or retain your card details. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may use your email address to send order updates and, with your consent, marketing communications from which you can unsubscribe at any time.
8. Sanctions & restricted countries
Pharma Tech will not deal with or provide any products or services to individuals, entities or countries subject to sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
9. Limitation of liability
Pharma Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website, products or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Product information & disclaimer
Product information on the Website is provided in good faith and kept as accurate and up to date as possible. The supplements sold on the Website are food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Topical hair products must be used strictly as directed on the label. Nothing on the Website constitutes medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, and always follow the directions on the label.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Website is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have exclusive jurisdiction.
